I’m Dr.Sayalee Pethe (PT) , a physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients across all age groups—children struggling with handwriting and posture, professionals battling desk-job aches, athletes aiming for peak performance, and seniors wanting to stay active and independent.
